This self-paced e-learning course introduces the concept of emotional intelligence, explains why it matters in healthcare settings, and shows practical ways to apply it in everyday situations.
Participants will learn to recognize their own emotional responses, manage reactions professionally, identify emotions in others, demonstrate empathy, and apply emotional intelligence skills to patient care, teamwork, conflict resolution, and leadership. The course includes knowledge checks, scenario-based quizzes, and a reflection activity to reinforce practical application.
Upon successful completion of this course, learners will be able to:
